Eruchee — MESS

One portrait, one colour, one release.

MESS is an EP by the singer Eruchee. She needed cover art and a release campaign that would work on streaming platforms, on social media and as a physical record.

I built everything from one portrait and one colour. The lilac is soft and slightly unexpected, which suits a record called MESS, and it keeps attention on her face and hair instead of on effects. The title is set in a smudged, distressed type so the word looks like what it says.
